TermScan.net provides a service that allows users to upload documents in text or PDF format. Our service analyzes these documents using OpenAI’s software to identify key clauses and potential „Red Flags” for user consideration.
Our service is available for free until September 30, 2024. During this period, users can upload and analyze documents without charge.
From October 1, 2024, the following fees will apply:
*1 document is equivalent to 1 A4 page of content for analysis.
Payment for these services will be processed through secure payment gateways. The pricing is subject to change, and users will be notified of any changes prior to the implementation of new rates.
Users may submit documents in text or PDF format. You are responsible for ensuring that the documents you upload do not violate any laws or third-party rights, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.
While we strive to provide accurate and helpful analysis, we make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information provided. The analysis results are for informational purposes only and should not be considered legal advice.
Documents submitted for analysis are processed using OpenAI’s software. These documents are not stored permanently beyond the time necessary for the analysis and are not used for any purposes other than providing the analysis.
We do not take responsibility for the content or security of documents uploaded by users. By submitting documents, you acknowledge and agree that we are not liable for any issues or damages resulting from the content of these documents.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TermScan.net, Influe sp. z o.o., and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
